Some organizations require an IT administrator to approve apps before anyone can use them in Microsoft Teams. If your organization does, KUDO isn't available in your meetings until your administrator approves it.
What to do
- Hosts: If you can't find or add KUDO in your Teams meeting, ask your IT administrator to approve the KUDO app. Plan time for this before your first KUDO meeting.
- IT administrators: Approve the KUDO app according to your organization's Teams app policies. Also review how your policies treat the KUDO bot, which joins meetings as an external guest. See Allow the KUDO bot in your organization's Teams policies.
