KUDO plays translated speech through the output device selected in Microsoft Teams. If Teams and your computer use different output devices, you might hear translated speech through the wrong speaker or headset, or not hear it at all. To fix this, select the same device in both places.
Match your audio devices
- In Teams, open your audio settings and select the headset or speaker you want to use.
- On your computer, set the same device as your sound output.
- In the KUDO panel, select Voice, choose a language and check the translated speech at a comfortable volume.
Tip: Set up your device before you join the meeting. You can select your device on the Teams pre-join screen.
