Once you have created your meeting in KUDO, there are a couple of ways to invite people to it.
You can either invite people using the Invite links that are presented on the right side of the meeting information page:
or you can navigate to the Users tab, as shown below
and using the sidebar menu you can add people to your meeting based on the role that they will have (Participant, Interpreter, or Operator).
If you would like to bulk import users, we allow you to do that, as long as you import them using a CSV file. Do note that you can import only users that will have the Participant role during the meeting. This can be done by :
- Selecting Participants from the left side-bar menu
- Then click on Import Participants as on the screenshot below.
You can import multiple users from a CSV or Excel spreadsheet. The maximum number of users you can upload is 1000 /file. A sample file for importing users from here.
Note: First-Name & Email fields are mandatory. Last-Name & Role fields are optional.
With that said, this is how you can add users to your scheduled meeting.
