Audience: Attendees.
A silent page does not by itself show whether the problem is your device or the session. Work through these checks one at a time.
Check your phone first
- Confirm your headphones are connected and selected for playback. Check media volume while listening, and look for an unintended Bluetooth connection. Close all unnecessary apps.
- Confirm the page is the meeting’s Mobile Link and select an available listening language. If a playback prompt appears, follow it.
- Ask another attendee whether the same language is audible.
What does the result tell me?
If others hear the same channel, focus on your phone, playback, and connection. If several people hear nothing, ask the organizer to check the session, source audio, and language service. Also confirm whether the event provides spoken translation or captions only.
Need Help?
Tell the organizer which phone, browser, language, and headphones you use, and whether captions are updating. These are isolation checks, not proof of a particular fault.
