Create an AI session with the languages, Host, and attendee access your meeting needs.
Before you start
Have your KUDO Client credentials and domain, audience size, spoken languages, translation languages, and terminology ready.
Steps
- Sign in to your KUDO Client account. Select New Meeting, then AI Translation.
- Choose speech with captions for spoken translation, or captions only for text-focused discussions.
- Set speaker languages for incoming speech and translation languages for attendee output.
- Assign the Host and prepare terminology through AI Customization.
- Distribute the appropriate Participant, Operator, Viewer, or Mobile Link. Use the Widget when embedding access in a website.
- Rehearse joining and language selection before the session.
What to expect
The Host manages meeting controls; attendees receive access through the links selected for their roles.
Changing a live meeting
Use Edit Meeting to change translation languages and Update to apply them. Speaker languages and AI Customization remain unchanged during the live session.
