Enable automatic detection so KUDO can identify incoming speech among the languages configured for your session.
Before you start
Decide which languages speakers will use. Detection supports up to ten configured speaking languages and must be enabled during scheduling.
Steps
- Configure the expected speaking languages while scheduling the meeting. Enable automatic language detection before it starts.
- Where the participant’s speaking-language menu is available, choose Automatic.
- Rehearse language changes using clear, steady speech, one speaker at a time.
What to expect
Only configured languages are detected. Switching can take several seconds and multiple phrases to stabilize; it is not instantaneous. Avoid changing language mid-sentence or speaking over others.
Troubleshooting
