KUDO includes AI Customization tools designed to improve translation accuracy, terminology consistency, and overall multilingual meeting quality. These features help control how specific words, names, acronyms, and technical terminology are recognized, translated, or preserved during AI processing. Overall AI translation quality also depends heavily on microphone quality, stable internet connectivity, and clear speech from participants throughout the meeting.
Audience: Hosts, Operators, Presenters, and Meeting Organizers.
Glossary
The Glossary feature allows meeting organizers to define preferred translations for words and short phrases to improve consistency and terminology accuracy across multilingual meetings. It is commonly used to support organization-specific terminology, medical or technical language, acronyms, product names, and multilingual event terminology where consistent translation is important for participant understanding and interpretation quality.
For the best translation accuracy, use the exact terms speakers are expected to say during the meeting whenever possible. Keep glossary entries short and simple, avoid punctuation such as commas or trademark symbols, and use only one preferred translation per term to maintain consistency. Acronyms should also be separated into their own individual glossary entries to improve recognition and translation behavior.
Each KUDO account supports up to five Glossaries, with a maximum of 500 entries per Glossary across up to 30 supported languages. The Glossary feature is available directly from the KUDO Client account during the meeting scheduling workflow, where organizers can create, manage, and assign Glossaries to multilingual meetings.
Supported Languages
The Glossary feature is available in the following 30 languages.
