Choose the participation mode that matches how you will use the venue’s equipment. These steps describe the hybrid web meeting console.
Steps
- Open the meeting link and enter your name and email.
- Choose I’m an on-site Participant if using venue microphones, cameras, and interpretation equipment instead of the KUDO platform. Choose the online participant option for participation through the KUDO Meeting platform.
- If onsite and the session uses a speaking queue, select Request to Speak. Wait for acceptance, then use the venue microphone.
What to expect
Onsite mode does not provide microphone, camera, or interpretation-language controls in the web console. Online mode provides those controls. Both modes can access meeting documents.
Selected the wrong mode?
Ask the Host or Operator to change your participation mode from the user list. You receive a notice when it changes.
Joining on a phone
