Feed language audio from individual browser sessions into an FM/RF or infrared distribution system.
Before you start
Provide one powered laptop per language, wired internet, Chrome, compatible transmitter cabling, and optionally a USB audio interface.
Steps
- Open the meeting’s Mobile Link on each laptop and select one language per device. Label each laptop.
- Confirm the language feed with headphones.
- Connect the headphone output to the transmitter input, or select a USB audio interface as the system/browser output and cable its output to the transmitter.
- Assign each language to the appropriate transmitter or IR system channel. Verify receivers are tuned correctly.
- Prevent laptop sleep and notifications, test every receiver path, and monitor the feeds during the event.
What to expect
Attendees listen on the venue’s receivers while the laptops continue receiving KUDO audio through the internet.
