Link an external meeting to KUDO so attendees can access AI translation through the Mobile Link.
Before you start
Create the source meeting, confirm matching schedule details, and check that External Meeting capabilities are enabled for your KUDO account.
Steps
- Sign in to your KUDO Client account. Choose New Meeting, then AI Translation.
- Enter the session details. Enable External Meeting, choose the platform, and paste the source meeting link.
- Before the event, verify the Bot connection and attendee access with the Host.
What to expect
The Bot joins the source meeting and shares a QR code for browser-based translation access.
Zoom connection checks
Have the Zoom Host review recording permissions. If the Bot fails to join or disconnects, use Restart Bot Service; translation may pause during recovery. These recovery instructions are Zoom-specific.
