No. You can't currently copy or transfer a glossary from one KUDO account to another. To use the same terms in another account, create the glossary in that account and import the terms.

Reuse your terms in another account

If you keep your terms in import files, you can reuse those files in another account:

1. Sign in to the other KUDO account and create a glossary. See Create a glossary and add terms in KUDO.
2. Select New terms > Import terms.
3. Select the Glossary action, then upload the same file you used before.
4. In Add to glossary, select the new glossary, then select Import.

Each import adds terms for one action, so repeat these steps for each action your terms use.

Tip: Keep a copy of each completed import template. This makes it faster to set up the same terms in another account later.

Use the same terms in several glossaries in one account

Within the same account, you can add a term to more than one glossary at once. When you add a term, select every glossary you want in Add to glossary.
